Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl.
- Roll out the pie dough and cut into circles or squares.
- Place a small amount of cream cheese and strawberry filling onto each piece of dough.
- Fold the dough over and seal tightly by crimping the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with a little granulated sugar.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
