Soft & Chewy Mini M&M Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup 2 sticks salted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup mini M&Ms
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk flour and baking soda together in a small bowl.
  3. Cream together the butter, both sugars, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour mixture on low speed.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips, M&Ms, and sprinkles by hand.
  7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared sheets.
  8. Bake for 8 minutes until edges are light golden.
  9. Cool on the sheet for 2-3 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
