Method
- Sauté the chopped garlic in olive oil, then add ground beef and cook until done. Drain very well.
- In a large bowl or tub, mix cabbage, carrots, sprouts, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and green onions.
- Sauté the vegetable mixture in batches until just tender, then combine with the cooked beef.
- Place a portion of filling on each wrapper and roll according to package directions, sealing with water.
- Fry in medium-hot oil until light to medium brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with soy sauce
