Easy No-Bake Root Beer Float Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3.4 oz box Vanilla Instant Pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup cold root beer
  • 1/2 cup cold whole milk
  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed and divided
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust

Method
 

  1. Combine the dry vanilla pudding mix, cold root beer, and milk in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  3. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping container until no white streaks remain.
  4. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Place the pie in the freezer for 2 hours to set the bottom layer.
  6. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the pie.
  7. Freeze until firm and serve cold. Enjoy your nostalgic treat!
