- Wash, stem, and halve the strawberries, then arrange them in the pie shell.
- In a small saucepan, whisk together water, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Cook over medium-low heat until the mixture is thick and bubbly.
- Continue to cook and stir for 2 minutes after it begins to bubble.
- Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry jello until dissolved.
- Let the glaze cool for about 5-10 minutes.
